Enki again!

I had enki last night with the teachers from Matsushiro....it was also to celebrate with the baseball coach as the school team played in the Japan finals. School baseball is very popular in Japan and it is even televised so they done really well.
We went to a Japanese restaurant in Nagano and things weren`t looking too hopeful for me when I didn't like the first course.....it was some kind of creamed tofu that nearly made me sick but I managed to eat half of it so as not to offend! But from then on the food was really nice - crispy noodles in cheese sauce, fish tempura, mushroom sausage roll kind of thing, stuffed tomato and mango sorbet for desert...oh and of course rice and miso soup - no meal would be complete in Japan without rice!
It was a really nice party and the teachers really let themselves go....lots of beru and cocktails and laughing so we had fun - even if it was at my expense some of the time!
