We are back safe and sound.....

This is the email sent out by Inga on Sunday after their 2 week stay in Japan!

".....back at about 8 last night, shattered, bed at 10, dreamt of amazing things - Raunds high street was Japanese with massage salons, i thought what a brilliant idea!!!! today we are getting everything straight at home ready for work tomorrow - boooo hisssssssssss! back to work for a rest ..... ha ha!had the best time(thank you Kyla - you will be glad to get your bed back, and no oldies saying 'how much is that in pounds?'). if anyone wants to look at some of our more hilarious moments - Kyla's blog page has them all in - yep ready for the world to see my bad hair days, poor dress sense, photo faces with eyes closed, grimacing etc etc. hooray for the world wide net!!!! got a really big shock when we got home ..... cold toilet seat .... Ronnie's new job is warming it up for me, a gal gets used to the finer things in life! so now i am back with a tan (not) pounds lighter (money wise not weight wise) and far more culturally aware ... as ky says the stereotypes of Japanese life and people are all ...................... perfectly true! they all do wear glasses (contacts in most cases) do all bow - even when driving, and nothing is ever late! i hope their perceived stereotypes of Brits lived up to their expectations. polite, refined, gentle, quiet spoken, good manners ....... pity some of you didn't go as we probably let you down. whaddya mean you don't do chips with sushi????!!!!hope everyone is well here. we will be getting in touch slowly but surely.great to come back to heatwave. the mountains in japan were cold and windy but stunningly beautiful.right heading to the shops for essentials ............ bread, milk, crisps, chocolate, sausages ... as you can see we now shop Japanese style. syonara xxxxxxxxxxxxxx...."
