Saturday morning Madz and I drove, yes drove my new car!, to Hakuba for a day of boarding. It was a gorgeous sunny day and it took great waves of willpower to come home and not join a party there that night. But we were strong and came back to Nagano and went to the onsen by the river.
A back route to Iiyama home (cause were clever like that) and a quiet night in was in store - after the last few months of solid snowboarding and partying our bodies needed the rest.
Sunday we headed back to Nagano, in the car like, for a day of retail therapy.
