.....that I have withdrawn my decision to stay on JET for a second year. So my time in Nagano, at Nishi High School will end in July. My reason for leaving JET is I felt that I have got as much out of the English teaching experience as I can and whilst I have THE best lifestyle - snowboarding every weekend, live in Nagano city, my own apartment, good school - the job as an ALT is not enough to occupy me for 2 years.
So what next? Usually I am a super planner and have the next phase all lined up but for once I am just going to see what happens. I have thought alot about what I want to do, where I want to go and if I will come back to UK. At the moment I don't know where I will end up.
I have however just booked my ticket to Fuji Rock Festival (Japanese Glaso) with Kiren and Nick. It starts on my last day of work in Japan - so the farewell party plans have begun!!!
