Today we went on a trip organised by students at Seisen College Soba Noodle making. About 20 JETs turned up for the dayso was also another chance to meet more people.
I couldn`t partake in the noodle making as my hand was still not back in working order but it was a fun class anyway.
After we made the soba it was cooked and we had it for lunch with tempura and rice. We then set off for the 2 hour hike through a trail and up lots of hills.....the ice cream break was well called for especially in this heat! The group then headed to a music festival at a hotel....classical music but I was just happy to sit down and get a drink.
Following the tough day Madz and I headed to Moss Burger when we got back....its like a gourmet McDonald's and they put jalepenio peppers on the burger....my fav!
