The after party

After the Skeleton I arranged to meet Jay and his family, and my Nagano crew at an okinomiyaki restaurant near my place. We managed to get 2 tatami tables together and all enjoyed the entertainment of cooking the food and Lisa, who suddenly came alive after about 15 minutes (as Jay said!).

Although I was set for a quiet evening we all decided it was too early to go home so went to karaoke where we ended up staying for 3 hours! The boys did escape early though to watch the footie back at Nicks place....but was probably just as well as the girls were taking up most of the space dancing on the tables!

Somewhere between to 1 minute from the restaurant and 7 11 and the 30 seconds to karaoke I managed to loose my purse....so not the best end to the night but had such a good time I wasn't overly bothered.

At 3.30am japan time (6.30pm UK) I called my Dad and all he did was laugh at the fact that I am old and catching up with him!!! But was nice to speak to both my parents though - the time difference makes it sooo hard to speak to people in the UK so I haven't been able to speak to my Dad very often.

Having lost my purse, money, bank card, visa Sunday saw me pretty much confined to my apartment - enough time to recover from the night before (i actually lost my voice from singing so much) and tidy my apartment.
